"The room was well decorated, very clean and had everything we neaded for a lovely stay in Paris. It was very easy to communicate with the host and the location was great - very quiet and near metro/buss/taxi/restaurants/supermarket."

"The first day the elevator did not work, so it was very hard to walk 5 levels of stairs, but lucly this got fixed for the rest of our stay. The AC-fan worked poorly, so it was quite hot in the room when we slept. The room was also not equipped with a fire extinguisher, which it should have been now that you can cook in the room."

"We loved the absolutely wonderful location, and the apartment was well set up with coffeemaker, kettle, fridge, microwave, and induction burner (although we didn't use it!) The bed is comfortable, with power plugs on both sides of the bed, which was convenient. The shower had great water pressure, and the towels were always dry, thanks to the heated towel rack. It was extraordinarily quiet and clean, with the ability to open the windows for fresh air on sunny days. I should also mention that the sitting area is just a folded blanket on a wooden storage box.. Not very comfortable, but ended up being very useful to tuck away our luggage to make the most of the space."

"This wasn't the fault of the host, but the elevator was broken throughout the week we were there. The apartment is on the top floor, 99 steps up the stairs from the ground floor. Julie very kindly let us know ahead of time this was the case, and left a lovely bottle of wine in the apartment for us. Unfortunately it limited how much time we spent in the apartment between outings, because I only wanted to climb those steps once a day!"

"Even though the room was small it was designed cleverly to make use of all the space, we were very impressed about it. We had great communication with the owner. The location was amazing, with so many good restaurants and bakeries in the area and very close to the Metro stations. The Internet was a bit down from time to time but it didn't stop our enjoyment of the place."

"The property was ideal for our trip. Was well decorated and clean, and in an ideal location surrounded by a social atmosphere of cafes, bars, shops, and transport. It had all the amenities we required and a very comfortable accommodation."

"Beautiful room with a kitchenette & couch & bathroom. Nice view of the courtyard, lots of great little touches in the unit. Great neighborhood with several grocery stores and restaurants that also offer take-out. It’s a fantastic value, no negative experiences. I’m grateful it was available and would probably stay again."

"It wasn’t fully private, it’s one room in a shared apartment among three other rooms. It’s a great property but I just wish it was made more clear, so like if you’re a couple on a honeymoon it might not be the best arrangement. The rooms still felt private, but again it’s still a shared hallway with others, with the washer/dryer in the hallway. Didn’t like that it required keys to lock from the inside and that to leave the apartment you needed a key if the door was locked by other people, it’s a fire hazard."
